5.2. Content Rating and Compliance: All games and content showcased must comply with applicable content rating standards and laws. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring appropriate age warnings are displayed for mature content.

5.3. Indie Developer Participation: Selected participants in our indie developer showcase program are subject to additional terms provided upon selection. Participation in this program does not constitute endorsement of the game or developer by West Coast Gaming Summit.
